Infrastructure Investment Benchmarks info Session

Panel discussions :

The EDHECinfra platform gives access to more than 600 indices and sub-indices computed to capture the risk-adjusted performance and fair value of unlisted infrastructure equity and senior debt in 25 global markets. Computed quarterly, these indices include more than 650 firm-level investments over the past 20 years and can be used to measure performance (capital returns, cash yields, IRRs) and risk (meaningful return volatility, duration, value-at-risk, etc).
The seminar includes:

  • A review of current issues with existing benchmarks
  • A modern approach to measure fair value and risk in infrastructure investments
  • Global infrastructure: 20 years of performance and risk data
  • Application to strategic asset allocation

AFG « ESG Prospective Morning »

The Time has come to be aligned with the Paris Agreement! (in partnership with Carbone 4)

Panel discussions :

  • Scientists are clear: we only have a few years left to take the right path. We must aim for carbon neutrality, a balance between the emissions of greenhouse gases that must drastically decrease to follow a 2 ° C pathway, and carbon sequestration sinks such as forests, soils, coastal ecosystems and wetlands.
  • Infrastructure is at the heart of this transformation: as they include long-term assets that generate significant greenhouse gas emissions over their entire lifetime, infrastructure (brownfield like greenfield) will determine the success or failure of the Paris Agreement.
  • To succeed in the climate revolution, credible indicators need to be developed, including the 2 ° C alignment indicator, to drive the carbon performance of portfolios and enable each player to move towards carbon neutrality.
  • The artisans of the "2 infra challenge" will present for the first time their work on their 2 ° C alignment methodology and their feedback on the integration of climate in their investment strategy.
